We invite you to visit our marina or to contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail. We offer convenient freshwater moorage on the Lake Washington Ship Canal.

Office Hours and Holidays:

• 8:00 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday (subject to major holidays and extreme weather conditions)
• Sunday office hours are 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (April Through November)
• Winter Office hours closed Sunday and Monday for the months of December, January and February and March. Regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Office will be closed on: New Years (January 1), Independance Day (July 4th), Memorial Day (Last Monday in May), Labor Day (First Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas (Dec. 24,25).

  North Bound

  1. 15th Avenue NW on west side of Queen Anne Hill.
  2. Exit right on Emerson/Nickerson to Emerson.
  3. Follow overpass over 15th Ave. NW to Emerson.
  4. Continue west on Emerson past Fishermen’s Terminal.
  5. Turn north (right) on 21st Avenue NW to end.
  6. Marina straight ahead - Entrance off Commodore Way.

  South Bound

  1. 15th Avenue NW through Ballard.
  2. Cross Ballard Bridge to south end of bridge.
  3. Turn right at south end of bridge to Emerson St.
  4. Stay in right hand lane
  5. Turn north (right) on 21st Avenue NW to end.
  6. Marina straight ahead - Entrance off Commodore Way.
