1972 Fairliner 37' Sold Outstanding northwest boat built in Tacoma Wa. Well maintained mechanically and structurally. The boat has been kept in covered moorage. Boat layout has a forward state room with head, rear stateroom with shower + head. Main salon has: living space, full galley with oven, stove, stainless sinks, Large windows for viewing surroundings, helm and access ladder to flying bridge. Flying bridge has helm and large deck. Aft cockpit has engine room with exceptionally clean twin engines with "V" drive, Boarding doors on both port and starboard bulkheads as well as a boarding door/hatch to the swim step and tender. Exceptional storage throughout the vessel. The hull exterior is fiberglass. As a collectors item, only four of this Fairliner model were made. Three still exist. The power plant for this craft include Twin 300 HP Chrysler 440 engines. Cruise speed is 20 knts at 3000 rpm with a maximum 30 knts at 4500 rpm. Cruise speed fuel consumption is 12 - 14 gph. This boat is being sold with the option of retaining the liveaboard moorage slip, a rarities in Seattle.
