Water Status The water is ON effective Monday January 28, 2008 ---- 4:00 PM Every year as cold weather arrives, Salmon Bay Marina must take particular note of the outside temperature. Please be prepared. Note that when the temperature is forecast to be at or drop below freezing, the marina water will be shut off and drained. This prevents water in our pipes from freezing. Water will be turned on again when the prolonged weather forecast is not in the freezing range. (To drain our system takes approximately 4.5 hours.) If potable water is immediately required please contact our office. We will do our best to accomidate our tenants. We can turn the service dock water "On" for short periods during the day provided temperatures are above freezing. The Service Dock is located in front of the main office . Tenants may move their boat to the service dock for filling tanks after notifying our office. To notify our tenants, we post the water status on the office window as well as our web site. |
